Local hydroponic farmers Darrin and Jodi Swank have a sterling reputation with some of the finest chefs in South Florida. Chefs love the freshness, taste and vitality of the Swank's wide variety of produce, not to mention it's healthful qualities.

So three noted area chefs will create delicious meals using the Swank's produce to benefit worthy causes.

On Dec. 11; Ryan Artim of the Ritz-Carlton, Palm Beach. benefiting the James Beard Foundation, Jan. 29: Chef Max of 3030 Ocean, benefiting Slow Food Glades to Coast, and March 4; Three Chefs, Three Counties features Lindsay Autry, executive chef at Michelle Bernstein @ The Omphoy, Palm Beach; Mark Militello, chef/partner at Shaka, Coconut Creek; and Simon Stojanovic, executive chef, Altamare, Miami Beach. benefitting The Red Cross, also includes an appearance by two-time James Beard Award-winning cookbook author Judith Olney.
